The Sub-Divisional Magistrate probing the Sunanda Pushkar death case has ordered a further inquiry into the case, ruling out a clean chit to her minister husband Shashi Tharoor.
Delhi Police sources said that the Sub-Divisional Magistrate cited "estranged relationship between husband and wife" in his report which was submitted to the Station House Officer of Sarojini Nagar police station on Tuesday.
