The statement made by movie makers have revealed a major change for the Anamika script which is an adaption of Bollywood 2012 hit movie Kahaani. Sources say, "Nayantara will not be seen as a pregnant women and the major change is made for the plot." The movie makers' this statement has sensationalised the audience which made them eagerly wait for Anamika. Early July, the makers had said Anamika is not a remake, it is just an adaption of Kahaani starring Vidya Balan. The first look of Nayantara in Anamika is out.
